ARIES: Ten of Pentacles
This month is about building upon what you already have and making it work for you. It is an excellent time to make a career move and if you are thinking of doing so then aim high!
The road before you is smooth and even with, perhaps, more options than you think.
Look for new areas of growth that can further your advancement but may not be obvious when you first look at the options laid out in front of you.
There is a solid and familiar feel to what you are aiming for and as you move towards it your dreams and ambitions become clearer.

Overlapping across the path are branches of trees bursting with new growth (new ideas).

TAURUS: The Moon
Are you feeling confused about something and want to get to the bottom of a matter that is not clear? The card of the Moon is about deception. Do not get caught up in other people’s disillusionment or even your own.
This is a good time to step back and take a deep breath in order to understand and clarify where “you” are within a situation and to not take things on face value.
A dream is a dream until it becomes reality and the problem with this card is that if you are not well focused on where you stand and allow someone else to call the shots you may end up in a nightmare.
You have the power to control your own destiny. See through the lies and deceit and decide for yourself what is best for you. The woman in this card sleeps peacefully floating around within a galaxy of stars, planets and moons. What is she dreaming about? How long has she been dreaming?
The look on her face is serene as if she is happy just to float on and on in a never ending dream world. When she wakes from her slumber she may find that the dream is nothing like the reality around her.
GEMINI: Strength
Sometimes we have to go deep within ourselves to find our real strength and not act with what we or others think is strength.
If you find yourself in a situation that you are telling yourself you should act in a certain way yet find this is doing you no good then you may wish to take off the mask which is fogging your thoughts with preconceived ideas of how you should be reacting and act from your heart.
As the mask you have been wearing drops you may find more behind it than you ever imagined and experience a rebirth of who you really are.

As events unfold she is forced to throw away any falseness she has been acting upon and come from her own inner strength.

CANCER: the Empress
As you are so good at taking care of everyone else you may wish to invest in a bit of self love and spoiling yourself just now.
There seems to be a lot of energy around you but somewhere along the way your thoughts are being streamlined and blinkered into old outdated ways of thinking and acting.
If there is an idea you have on taking care of yourself more and nourishing an idea related to your self image then now is the time to do it.
This card shows a woman who is holding herself up and not seeing her true potential.
Even though she knows what she is worth she is not acknowledging this clearly to herself.
The helmet she is wearing shows constrictive thoughts even though she holds in her right hand (hand or action) the ideal she would like to be which is free, courageous and spontaneous, ready to dive into life on her own terms.
LEO: The Magician
Many ideas may be presenting themselves to you along with the means to accomplish them.
If you have been having a hard time putting your skills to the test at work or with something you are wishing to build this is the time you find everything falls into place for you.
You have the energy, drive and ambition to reach your goals all you need is to take that first step to launch in the direction you wish to find yourself.
By being practical and following your heart you can shed that which is not working for you and take on a whole new persona in relation to work.
The colors on this card give an idea as to the attributes which surround you. The brown background keeps you stable and practical, the red on the dress shows determination and action the yellows the ideas you have.
Notice the snake curling around the right arm as if something is consciously being shed and changed in order to tune into what you wish to accomplish. Even the snakes head dips into a bowl held in the left hand (side of intuition and ideas). Use your head and follow your heart.
VIRGO: 7 of Cups
Keep your feet on the ground and be aware that you may be living in the clouds just now with the need to bring yourself back to reality.
A situation around you may be causing you such confusion that you do not see the truth from the lies and by concentrating on a certain aspect of it you may well be missing the larger picture.
Nothing is what it seems and as you dispel energy trying to come to grips with what you perceive to be true you may actually do yourself a disservice in missing the actual gist of what is actually happening.
The meaning of this card can be seen in the woman’s pose wherein she is looking above her and not anywhere else.
Even her arm cuts off the true emotions laid out in the 7 cups below it.
Her eyes are focused on intricate patterns which may look all very pretty and hypnotic but they are taking her thoughts away from what is actually the truth.
LIBRA: The Devil
Do you feel like you are stuck in a situation or mind set and can’t escape? Just who is pulling your strings you, another person or the situation?
There is something going on for you just now that you may be feeling a little stuck in. Well more than a little stuck in as it is the type of situation you feel you cannot escape from, at least not smoothly or without emotional pain and turmoil.
Whether this be a mental, emotional or physical situation for you it is not healthy to felt so caught up in something that it overshadows other areas of yourself and your life.
The picture of the Devil in this card looks almost as if it were drawn by a child and often when we look back at situations we felt entrapped within we do feel a bit childish we didn’t see the writing on the wall sooner and our escape faster.
Nonetheless the card of the Devil often shows that we are caught in something larger than ourselves and if we try to remove ourselves too soon we are pulled back in.
Logic, biding our time and seeing the situation in a different light often work wonders in extraditing ourselves from such things.
SCORPIO: 8 of Wands
Things may be speeding up for you just now with many things happening all at once and you caught in the middle of it not knowing what to do first.
Unexpected news is on the horizon so if you’re waiting for a phone call, email, letter, etc expect it to land in your hands soon.
You may even find there is cause for rejoicing at the news as the 8 of wands also implies growth. Be prepared for a change and make sure you are ready for it when it does come.
What is your attitude to change? Do you embrace it or shy away from it?
This card implies that change is upon you whether you like it or not. You may not even be given any warning it is about to come so you best be ready for anything.

Something new is coming your way and all you have to do is reach out and take it.

For this reason get everything in place that you need to get the ball rolling on what you want to accomplish. It’s a very exciting time and things will be fast moving.
Don’t sit around waiting for something to change or happen you are the instigator here.. you are the one who is in charge.

The green in the background shows learning and growth whilst the yellows and golds show a host of new ideas and quick thinking which helps her reach her goals quickly.

CAPRICORN: 7 of Swords
What do you do when you find yourself mulling over what you want to do in a situation when one part knows what you want and the other part does not.
Usually you find yourself getting pulled back into the situation going against all the logic you have used in getting away from it in the first place. Sound familiar?
Swords stand for thoughts and here it is your thoughts rather than your emotions that are pulling you back.
You can run but you can’t hide… well not until you get your thoughts in order and decide if you stay or go.
