Weekly Astrology Forecast — Mar 25, 2019 – Mar 31, 2019:

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Mar 25, 2019 – Mar 31, 2019:

This week starts with a loose t-square involving Venus, the Moon and Mars on Monday. This is a fixed t-square with Venus at the focal point of a Moon / Mars opposition, and as both of them are debilitated by sign, it can manifest as conflict and contention in relationship.

Venus is void of course, with the Moon following right behind, but she’ll only be void for a few hours, before moving into Sagittarius. This should be a welcome change, and could see you wanting to spend time with those who make you feel good about yourself, rather than those who drag you down. The Moon in Sagittarius is expansive and spirited, with a strong focus on personal and spiritual evolution.

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Mar 18, 2019 – Mar 24, 2019:

This week starts on Monday with Mercury in sextile to Mars. Both of these planets are in detriment (each in the sign that is opposite of the one it rules), but the sextile is a harmonious aspect that should make up for it. In general, this aspect is great for making plans and then following through with them.

It’s about being on the same page with those you are working with and getting things done with little conflict or aggravation. Keep in mind that Mercury is retrograde, so you want to hold off on signing contracts or making important purchases. But if you’re thinking about negotiating a business deal or want to get your ideas before someone who can help you turn them into reality, this is the time to do it.

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Mar 11, 2019 – Mar 17, 2019:

This week starts on Monday with the Moon — still New — in Taurus, at the midpoint between Uranus and Mars. The Moon is exalted in Taurus, meaning that it’s a revered placement. An exalted planet or luminary is said to express its clearest and purest essence in that sign, in this case it’s the calm, gentle, fertile sign of Taurus.

This placement presents opportunities for relaxing, meditating and getting grounded. These are all Taurus Moon activities, with the idea of comfort, luxury, and getting in touch with nature and the earth being the corresponding theme. You might not want to become too complacent though: with the Moon at the midpoint of Uranus and Mars, there’s bound to be some action. In general the Taurus archetype is about building, cultivating and developing, so keep in mind there is work to be done.

Weekly Astrology Forecast — Mar 4, 2019 – Mar 10, 2019:

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Mar 4, 2019 – Mar 10, 2019:

There’s a lot going on astrologically this week, with one planet (Uranus) changing signs, another planet (Mercury) changing direction, and a Sun / Moon (New Moon) / Neptune / Vesta conjunction all at 16º Pisces.

We start the week on Monday with a Balsamic Moon in Aquarius which semi-sextiles Saturn and the Sun in the early morning hours and then  sextiles Jupiter later in the day.  The Aquarius Moon is about being innovative, open-minded and progressive. While the aspects to Saturn and the Sun may be somewhat sobering, the sextile to Jupiter makes it easier to the the glass as half full.

Emperor

Aries: The Emperor

This month, with 6 planets in your career and money sectors, it ‘s going to be time to step up and approach your responsibilities from a more serious and authoritative standpoint.

The Emperor card is all about power, success, reputation and public standing. But these are all relative terms and are not necessarily related to profession. They’re just as likely tied to responsibilities around the home or within a group of peers.

In this version of the card — from the Stolen Child Tarot — the Emperor is a polar bear looking off into the distance as he keeps protective watch over a young changeling child. The ground is frozen solid, what little brush there is is sparse and snowflakes are falling all around them.

As fierce a guardian as this papa bear may be, there’s a gentle, protective quality about him too. This is in line with Emperor archetype, which is also fatherly and paternal.

The message behind this card is one of taking care of business. It’s not the time to be passive or wishy-washy. It’s all about stepping up and taking control of a situation that requires a firm hand and authoritative presence.

Although there are masculine elements to the Emperor card, the references don’t only apply to men. It can refer to a single mother, a career-woman, or a woman with important responsibilities as well. It can also refer to a man in your life (or someone new coming in) who embodies these qualities.

Whether you are a parent doling out “tough love” or a supervisor having to strong arm an employee or just taking back your power in a personal relationship, remember it’s important to temper that with kindness and compassion. Just like the bear in our card, a protective gentle approach is just as important as a firm steady hand.

Weekly Astrology Forecast — Feb 25, 2019 – Mar 3, 2019:

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Feb 18, 2019 – Feb 24, 2019:

We start this week on Monday, with a grand water trine involving the Moon (in Scorpio), Mercury (in Pisces) and the Moon’s North Node (in Cancer). While both the Moon and Mercury are debilitated by sign, this is a really harmonious aspect that can lend some much-needed tranquility to an otherwise tumultuous period.

The Moon isn’t particularly happy in Scorpio. It’s not a very sociable placement and it’s not the most relaxed. But it is good for closeness and intimacy. It presents opportunities \to form deep personal connections with others, and to explore the inner workings of our own psyches.

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Feb 18, 2019 – Feb 24, 2019:

We’ve got a lot going on this week, with the Sun and Chiron both changing signs, the asteroid Pallas Athena changing direction (going retrograde) and a Full — Super — Moon at 0º Virgo.

On Monday — just before the Sun leaves Aquarius behind and moves into Pisces — it forms a sextile with Uranus. These two planets rule opposing signs and both are at anaretic (fated) degrees, so even though the sextile isn’t generally a dynamic aspect, this is one we might want to pay attention to.

Weekly Astrology Forecast — Feb 11, 2019 – Feb 17, 2019:

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Forecast for the week of Feb 11, 2019 – Feb 17, 2019:

This week starts with a Moon / Uranus conjunction at 29º Aries on Monday. This is a bit of a tricky aspect, since it’s at the final (anaretic) degree of a sign, which is generally perceived as fated in some ways. However since it’s the Moon, which moves quickly and therefore is at this fated degree for an hour or so every few days, its impact may be almost imperceptible.

There is, however, an air of rebellion and nonconformity present in this aspect. Remember it takes place in Aries the sign associated with action, energy, drive and aggression. But it’s not about fighting for fighting’s sake. It’s about fighting for something worth fighting for, rather than cowering in fear.

Forecast

Here is the Ask the Astrologers Weekly Astro Feb 4, 2019 – Feb 10, 2019:

As we start the Chinese New Year — with a New Moon at 15º Aquarius 45′ on (on Monday in some parts of the world and Tuesday in others) — we may be thinking about ways usher in the properties associated with the Pig, which in Chinese lore is associated with good fortune, abundance, prosperity, and luck.

This particular New Moon is placed at the exact midpoint of Saturn and Neptune, which are currently in sextile and are also each at 15º of their respective signs. This creates what is called a planetary picture, with Saturn + Neptune = Sun/Moon. It adds a layer of compassion and sensitivity that can either be expressed through benevolence and altruism (in its higher form) or self-pity  and thin-skinned defensiveness. It’s obviously going to be preferable to strive for the former, and steer clear of the latter.

Eight of Coins

Aries: Eight of Coins

This month, you’ll be thinking about doing business and being more productive. You’ll be focusing on honing your craft and turning your skills into something you can be proud of.

The Eight of Coins is a card of craftsmanship. It can be as simple as being 100 % focused on your work and demonstrating your level of dedication and service. And it can be as innovative as taking something you’re uniquely capable of and turning it into a career.

In this version of the card — from the Joie de Vivre Tarot — a Fox in wizard’s attire conjures up a magic potion. He stands over the bubbling concoction as the cauldron sizzles and boils.

Five disks hang from the limbs of the trees behind him and three are pinned to his pointy hat. He’s so good, he can afford to take his eyes off the mixture.  But he doesn’t dare step away: the completion of this project depends on his being right there to make it happen.

The Eight of Coins is also known as the apprentice card. It refers to taking on an interest — a new one or a lifelong dream — and devoting yourself fully to it. It doesn’t have to be career related, but since it’s a labor of love wouldn’t it be great if it were? Making a living doing what we love is something we all aspire to achieve.
