November 2013 Monthly Horoscope

Happy Birthday Scorpio! Here are some highlights for the month ahead:

Lunations: There will be a New Moon Solar Eclipse on November 3rd at 11° Scorpio. The Full Moon will take place on November 17th at 25° Taurus.

Retrogrades: Jupiter goes retrograde November 7th at 20° Cancer. Mercury is retrograde until the November 10th when it goes stationary direct at 2° Scorpio. Neptune is retrograde until November 13, when it goes stationary direct at 2° Pisces. Chiron is retrograde until the 19th, when it goes stationary direct at 9° Pisces. Uranus is retrograde for the entire month.

Ingresses: Venus enters Capricorn on November 5th; the Sun enters Sagittarius on November 21st.

Happy Birthday Libra! Here are some highlights for the month ahead:

Lunations: There will be a New Moon on October 5th at 11° Libra. The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse will take place on October 18th at 25° Aries.

The New Moon completes an almost partile t-square between the Sun/Moon, Pluto and Uranus. This aspect is most pronounced between October 3rd and October 5th.

Retrogrades: Mercury goes retrograde on October 21st at 18° Scorpio. Chiron, Neptune and Uranus are all retrograde for the entire month.

Ingresses: Venus enters Sagittarius on October 7th; Mars enters Virgo on October 15th and the Sun enters Scorpio on October 23rd.

Keep your wits about you after the new moon eclipse on the 9th because shortly following this Venus enters your area of communication which may be giving you the impetus to speak up and speak up quickly in order to have your thoughts heard. As Venus rules love you can bet that what you have to say will influence your partner but if you put off communicating you may find that by the time Mercury also enters your area of communication on the 16th then your words may flow in a way more conducive to the other person hearing them. If you find yourself missing golden opportunities to speak what is on your mind then leave it till the last week of the month when Mercury, Venus ,Jupiter and the black moon Lilith all come into alignment… and hopefully this alignment will pave the way for a positive discussion in what has been troubling you.

You should be in fine form this month, with five planets moving through your sign. The Sun aspects Venus and Jupiter on the 1st, paving the way for social and romantic opportunities. Remember that these require a lot more give and take than you’re probably used to: you’re going to have to curb some of those Arian impulses if you want to make the most of these aspects. Your relationship rulers come together on the 7th, followed by the New Moon in Aries on the 10^th. You’ve got so much potential here to start something new, or to revitalize a current connection. You’ll get the green light to “go for it” – whatever the elusive “it” may be – on the 13th. But the most powerful aspect for you this month occurs on the 17th when the Sun and Mars come together in your sign.These two planets are dignified in Aries: the Sun through exaltation and Mars through rulership. You’ll be rolling with the big dogs this month, thanks to some powerful planetary lineups affecting both your career and financial sectors. Your ruler (Mars) and Pluto are elevated and moving through your professional sector from the beginning of the month. You may feel like you’re under greater public scrutiny, but you should come out smelling like a rose — as these planets are both well placed and well aspected for the better part of the month. Mercury, Venus, Saturn and the North Node are all moving through your 8^th house – the area related to sex, death, joint resources and personal transformation. You’ll likely have dealings with each of these areas throughout the month, but these are also favorably aspected. This is a better time for saving and investing than it is for spending, even in the midst of the Holiday season. A message from afar comes on the 10^th, followed by good news on the 15^th. You’re also in line for some recognition in the work-force closer to the 21^st. This is a month where you really might need to watch what you say. For the first week Venus is in your relationship area and opposing Uranus. Think the unexpected, things happening out of the blue, your own reactions being possibly a bit of center. In other words be ready for anything happening in your love life. To compound all this in the second half of the month several planets change signs. Mercury is retrograde in your relationship area making communication with your partner difficult, Mars will be pushing you to work more and the sun moves into an area of your chart where you just want to be footloose and fancy free. If you keep your eye on nothing else this month then do this…. on November 28 there is a full moon eclipse in your area of communication just waiting to trip you up and get you into trouble.
